Caitlin Clark and the Indiana Fever have entered a bit of a rough patch, dropping a second straight game to begin their West Coast road trip.

On Sunday, A'ja Wilson and the Las Vegas Aces handed Clark and the Fever an 89-81 loss on Sunday afternoon, marking Indiana's seventh loss of the 2025 WNBA season.

Clark struggled with her shot for a second game in a row, finishing with 19 points on 1-of-10 from 3-point range and 10 assists. She also had eight of the Fever's 18 turnovers, which, in total, led to 28 points for Las Vegas.

The former Iowa Hawkeyes standout also committed a couple of crucial turnovers in the final five minutes, allowing the Aces to hold onto their lead.

After the loss, Clark and Aliyah Boston spoke to reporters for a postgame press conference. When discussing the Fever's amount of turnovers, Clark didn't hesitate to take some of the blame.

"We've kind of just shot ourselves in the leg consistently," Clark said. "We turned the ball over. We foul a lot. Those are just easy points for them... I think they had 18 (points) off of our turnovers, and that mostly falls on me."

Clark continued to address her turnovers in the fourth quarter.

"As the point guard, I think I have to really get us into stuff," Clark continued. "Especially in the fourth quarter, we didn't do a good job taking care of the ball, I didn't. So I think it just starts with me, and just getting better at that. I feel like we're really close to being really good. I think that's what's been frustrating about these few losses."

Over the two-game losing streak, Clark has accounted for 14 of the Fever's 35 turnovers, well above her season average of 5.3 turnovers per game (prior to Sunday).

Up next for the Fever, a battle with the Seattle Storm on Tuesday to finish out the road trip.
