The Indiana Fever are two games into their WNBA season and, after a hard-fought loss to the Atlanta Dream on Tuesday night, they now sit at 1-1 heading into Thursday’s rematch—this time on the road against the same Dream squad.
Despite the loss, second-year superstar and 2024 Rookie of the Year Caitlin Clark has been outstanding in both outings. She has recorded 20-plus points and 10-plus assists in each game and is coming off a 27-point performance against Atlanta.
Clark is currently the biggest draw in women’s basketball—and arguably one of the biggest names in all of sports. Home games at Gainbridge Fieldhouse have become major events, attracting not just fans but celebrities as well. So far this season, rapper Plies and golf legend Bubba Watson have been spotted in Indianapolis to catch the action.
That said, there’s one celebrity Clark is still hoping to see in the crowd: actor and avid New York Knicks fan Timothée Chalamet.
When asked who she’d love to see courtside at a Fever game, Clark didn’t hesitate:
“Timothée Chalamet—I think we’re gonna get him to a game. So, Timmy, he’ll be here,” she said with a smile.

Timothée Chalamet has become one of the unexpected talking points of the NBA playoffs—not for his play, but as a passionate court side fan.
The "Dune" and "Wonka" star has been spotted at nearly every New York Knicks home game at Madison Square Garden, enthusiastically cheering, clapping, and soaking in the action alongside other celebrities. He’s even made appearances in Los Angeles for a Lakers game and at TD Garden to catch the Knicks on the road.
Meanwhile, Clark’s Indiana Fever teammate Aliyah Boston made her own courtside celebrity wish known—calling out another famous actor she’d love to see at a game.
“Michael B. Jordan, come on—courtside at an Indiana Fever game. It’s gonna be so lit,” Boston said with a big smile, making a playful recruiting pitch.
