Caitlin Clark played just 13 games for the Indiana Fever last season due to a groin injury. She averaged 16.5 points, 5.0 rebounds, 8.8 assists and 1.6 steals, earning herself an All-Star nod.

Despite her limited time on the court in 2025, she remains the most popular player on the team and in the WNBA. That much is clear after the Fever posted throwback photos of their players in celebration of World Basketball Day on Sunday.

On Instagram, the Fever shared photos of Clark, Lexie Hull, Sophie Cunningham , Aari McDonald, Sydney Colson, Brianna Turner and Makayla Timpson from when they were playing basketball as young kids. Unsurprisingly, Clark's photo drew plenty of reactions, with many taking notice of her appearance.

Fans couldn't help but point out how she looks exactly the same as she does today, while others observed how she still likes using thin headbands.

"Cc still rocking the headband," a commenter wrote. Another fan said, "Aww baby Caitlin with her headband and all!"

"CC got that same thin headband on," a fan added.

"Tiny cc," a poster remarked.

A fifth supporter stated, "Caitlin looks the same."

"Like how CC just looks like a taller version of this girl…Aari omg," a follower shared.

Clark herself has yet to comment on the photos, although she did like the post from the Fever.

Amid the WNBA offseason, Clark has kept herself busy. Aside from playing golf, she recently participated in the Team USA training camp in preparation for the FIBA Women's Basketball World Cup.

Clark has fully recovered from her groin injury, although it remains to be seen when she will play in a competitive game. Several of her peers are taking part in Unrivaled and AU Pro Basketball.
