The Indiana Fever officially started their training camp on Saturday, and by the looks of it, Caitlin Clark and her teammates are progressing well in terms of developing and improving their chemistry.
Indiana's training camp roster features 15 players, but only five were part of the Fever's roster last season. Clark, Kelsey Mitchell, Aliyah Boston, Lexie Hull and Damiris Dantas were the only players returning from the 2024 squad.
Despite that, the Fever are clearly making great progress in their training camp. Not only are players bonding with several off-court activities, but they are also demonstrating great on-court connection.
On Monday, the Fever even posted a play from Clark and Mitchell that left them in awe.
In the video, Clark can be seen trying to get past Lexie Hull in a scrimmage. As the newly engaged Fever guard locked down the star playmaker, Clark was forced to find a teammate to pass the ball to.
Mitchell, for her part, quickly cut to the basket, prompting Clark to send the ball her way. The 29-year-old scorer proceeded to deliver a reverse layup for the score.
"unreal," the Fever wrote. "this play between Caitlin Clark and Kelsey Mitchell is just too good."
unreal.

Caitlin Clark and Kelsey Mitchell have played together for a year now, so it shouldn't be surprising to see some great chemistry between them.
Still, seeing them show such strong connection after a long break should excite Fever fans about the upcoming season.
Both Clark and Mitchell led the Fever in scoring in 2024, both averaging 19.2 points per game.
