Chicago finished the regular season at 11th place with a 16-28 record, missing the playoffs for the third straight year. However, the future is bright as some of their young players have shown glimpses of their true potential. The front office faces a crucial offseason, with decisions to make in free agency. It won’t be long before they return to the postseason if the executives can bring in key additions to play alongside the Sky’s young core.
Jaquez will be a big part of their future, and another top pick will likely join the fold ahead of the 2027 season. The team will likely pick between No. 1 to No. 7 depending on how the lottery goes. Next year’s draft class features a wealth of talent from the collegiate ranks and international players.
