The second half of the WNBA season has commenced following All-Star weekend.

Angel Reese and the Chicago Sky were back on the court on Tuesday, set to face the Minnesota Lynx. Minnesota came into the game as the No. 1 team in the WNBA with a 20-4 record.

The Sky are looking to make a big second-half push, having finished the first half of the season with a 7-15 record, ranked as the No. 11 team in the WNBA.

As Chicago gears up for a postseason push, head coach Tyler Marsh made lineup changes.

Marsh and the rest of the Sky's coaching staff decided to start Angel Reese, thrusting her back into the starting lineup after the WNBA All-Star missed the team's most previous game for "precautionary reasons" with a leg injury.

According to ESPN, Angel Reese entered the game having started in all 21 matchups she's been available for the Chicago Sky.

In the matchup against the Minnesota Lynx, Reese was joined by the following players in the starting lineup: Rachel Banham, Rebecca Allen, Kia Nurse and Kamilla Cardoso

Throughout her second season in the WNBA, Angel Reese has posted 14.0 points, 12.6 rebounds and 3.8 assists per game for the Chicago Sky.

Reese is coming off a WNBA All-Star game appearance where she played alongside Lynx star Napheesa Collier.

Team Collier defeated Team Caitlin Clark in the prestigious event 151-131, with the help of several league stars such as rookie Paige Bueckers and veteran Breanna Stewart.
