Paige Bueckers and the Dallas Wings have had their best stretch of the 2025 WNBA season, winning three of their last four games.
The Wings will look for their second winning streak of the year on Friday when they host the Indiana Fever. But the game could be missing a few stars due to injury.
Dallas guard DiJonai Carrington, who was acquired from the Connecticut Sun via offseason trade, has missed the past two games due to a rib injury. Dallas went 1-1 in those contests.
On Thursday afternoon, one day before the Wings vs. Fever game, Clutch Points' Joey Mistretta reported that Carrington was unable to practice. A few hours later, Mistretta revealed that Carrington had been listed as doubtful for the Fever game.
DiJonai Carrington (rib) is DOUBTFUL for the Fever-Wings game tomorrow.

Carrington has proved to be a key player for the Wings during her first year in Dallas. Through 14 games played, including 12 starts, she is averaging 11.8 points on 35.6% shooting, 5.1 rebounds and 2.1 assists.
Besides Carrington, the Wings ruled out four other players for Friday's game, including Luisa Geiselsoder (national team obligation), Ty Harris (left knee), Teaira McCowan (national team obligation) and Maddy Siegrist (right knee).
Fever point guard Caitlin Clark's status is also up in the air. The former Iowa Hawkeyes star suffered a groin injury near the end of Tuesday's win over the Seattle Storm. This ruled her out for Indiana's game against the Los Angeles Sparks on Thursday as well.
After Friday's game against Fever, the Wings host the Washington Mystics on Saturday, 8 p.m.
