Caitlin Clark and the Indiana Fever are heading into the WNBA season with title hopes.
The Fever have arguably the best offensive team in the WNBA and added much-needed depth during the offseason, with players like DeWanna Bonner and Sophie Cunningham.
Before the season kicks off, ESPN released its Top 25 players rankings, highlighting several Fever stars.
Aliyah Boston was ranked near the end of the list at No. 21, while Clark and Mitchell were clearly viewed as two of the best guards in the WNBA.
Mitchell may be one of the most lethal scorers in the league, but Clark's overall skill set seems to have put her over the top as the top-ranked Fever player on ESPN's player rankings.
Clark is ranked as the No. 4 player while Mitchell is listed as the No. 13 player in the WNBA.
