Caitlin Clark's start to her second WNBA season couldn't get any better.

During the Indiana Fever's season opener against the Chicago Sky on Saturday, Clark made history with her triple-double performance. She finished with 20 points, 10 rebounds and 10 assists, all while adding two steals and four blocks to lead the team to a 93-58 win.

As a result, not only did Clark tie Candace Parker for the third-most triple doubles in WNBA history, but she also became the fastest player to record three of such stat line ever.

However, the exciting development didn't stop there. A couple of days following her incredible performance and the Fever's historic win, another exciting news about Clark was revealed on Monday.

On social media, sports magazine SLAM announced that Clark is the latest cover athlete for a special edition of its 2025 WNBA season preview.

"What noise? Time to lock in," SLAM wrote on X. "Sophomore season starts now... and SLAM 256 starring Caitlin Clark is here."

According to SLAM, there will also be an "ORANGE Metal series" for the cover, but it will only be available until Wednesday at 11 a.m. (ET).

Sure enough, the announcement drew plenty of reactions, with fans simply hyped by the opportunity to snag another Clark memorabilia.

"LOVE THIS," a commenter wrote. A hyped supporter added, "That’s the Best PG of our times. [Expletive] CCFC."

"She is just different," a fan stated.

"YOU HEARD THEM! WHAT NOISE? [Expletive] all that LETS LOCK IN," an ecstatic follower remarked.

A fifth poster shared, "Queen CC with another Cover."

Clark and the Fever return to action on Tuesday for their second game of the season. Sure enough, with Clark's new magazine cover feature, the excitement surrounding her and the team will only intensify.
