Indiana Fever superstar Caitlin Clark will be sidelined at least two weeks with a left quadriceps strain, the team announced on Monday.

Clark recorded her third double-double of the season with 18 points and 10 assists in Saturday's 90-88 loss to the New York Liberty in Indianapolis.

The second-year guard is averaging 19.0 points, 9.3 assists, 6.0 rebounds and 1.3 steals through four starts for the Fever (2-2). Clark is shooting 40.3 percent from the field and 31.4 percent from 3-point range.

The No. 1 overall pick in the 2024 WNBA Draft, Clark won Rookie of the Year honors and made the All-Star and All-WNBA teams in 2024-25 following a record-setting career at Iowa.

It was not immediately clear when Clark, 23, sustained the quad injury.

After starting the first 44 games of her WNBA career, Clark will miss her first game when Indiana visits the Washington Mystics on Wednesday. With a two-week timeline, she could miss four games before a potential return on June 10 at Atlanta.
