Final Injury Report for Fever-Liberty: Will Caitlin Clark, Sabrina Ionescu Play?

The Indiana Fever are on the road Saturday night as they travel to take on the New York Liberty in an Eastern Conference showdown as part of the WNBA Commissioner’s Cup.

Indiana enters Saturday’s game with a 5-4 record after defeating the Atlanta Dream at home Thursday night.

In Thursday’s victory over the Dream, Kelsey Mitchell led the way for the Fever as she recorded 25 points, two assists and two steals while Caitlin Clark added 17 points, seven rebounds and eight assists of her own.

The Fever will try to grab another victory Saturday as they face off against the Liberty in a tough road matchup.

New York enters Saturday’s contest with a 6-4 record after defeating the Toronto Tempo at home Wednesday night to secure their third consecutive victory.

Jonquel Jones led the way for the Liberty in Wednesday’s victory as she ended the game with 22 points and 17 rebounds while Breanna Stewart recorded 19 points, nine rebounds and four assists.

While both teams are looking to pick up a victory in Saturday afternoon’s matchup, each may be without one of their star players due to injury.

Fever Injury Report: Will Caitlin Clark Play?

The Fever have only one player listed on their injury report for Saturday as they have listed Clark as probable.

Indiana has listed Clark as probable and she is expected to play despite dealing with a lingering back injury that she has been able to play through over the past handful of games.

Liberty Injury Report: Will Sabrina Ionescu Play?

The Liberty also have only one player listed on their injury report as they have listed Sabrina Ionescu as questionable.

New York has listed Ionescu as questionable due to back soreness and there is a chance that she could return from a four-game absence against the Fever Saturday.
