The Indiana Fever have been on a rollercoaster during head coach Stephanie White's first year back with the WNBA team.
Indiana entered the season with high hopes, looking to compete for a WNBA title, led by Caitlin Clark, Aliyah Boston, Kelsey Mitchell and Sophie Cunningham.
Clark was widely regarded as one of the best players in the WNBA heading into her second season in the league. While she began the season on a strong note, Clark barely saw the court in year two given injury woes.
Clark and four other Fever players are ruled out of the WNBA playoffs with season-ending injuries. These players include Cunningham, Aari McDonald, Sydney Colson and Chloe Bibby.
Heading into the playoffs, the Fever also ruled out Damiris Dantas.
Dantas was ruled out of the first game of the series against the Atlanta Dream as the WNBA center was on concussion protocol.
Ahead of Game 2, the Indiana Fever have officially ruled out Dantas.
