Indiana Fever Fuel Excitement Before Angel Reese, Sky Game With Four-Word Message

It's now less than 24 hours away before Caitlin Clark and the Indiana Fever get their 2025 season officially underway. The WNBA wasted no time getting things fired up either, as they pitted the Fever against their biggest rivals, the Chicago Sky, for the two teams' first game of the campaign on Saturday.

The Fever decided to stoke the flame even more by sending a four-word message on social media on the eve of the highly anticipated matchup. There's already a lot of hype surrounding Caitlin Clark and Angel Reese's first meeting this season, and Indiana is clearly doing everything it can to fuel even more excitement.

The message and the highlight reel hype video drew all sorts of reactions from the fans.

"The Fever are the most exciting team in all of sports. I’m ready to see the best offense in WNBA history," a comment on X read.

"LG FEVER ..crush them," demanded a supporter.

"LFG!!!!!! Go @IndianaFever let’s Win!!!" another said.

"Fever by 100," predicted a fan.

"Can’t wait for tomorrow!!" a user wrote.

"Let the games begin" said another.

The WNBA opened the season with a triple-header on Friday night, which included the debut of No. 1 overall pick Paige Bueckers, as the Dallas Wings took on the Minnesota Lynx.

While there was also a considerable amount of hype surrounding the first day of the season, there's no denying that the excitement for the Fever-Sky showdown on Saturday has captivated the attention of WNBA fans everywhere.
