On Wednesday, the Indiana Fever took to X to recognize veteran forward DeWanna Bonner for yet another milestone in her storied WNBA career.

The brief congratulatory post arrives less than 24 hours after the Fever's narrow 91-90 loss to the Atlanta Dream.
The Fever closed out the 2024 campaign with a 20-20 record, marking their highest win total since 2015 and securing the franchise’s first playoff berth since 2016, playing behind Rookie of the Year Caitlin Clark.
Under coach Christie Sides, Indiana finished third in the Eastern Conference and returned to postseason play after a seven-year drought before being swept 2-0 in the first round by the Connecticut Sun.
Following the 2024 season, the Fever made several notable moves to build on their success, including the addition of Bonner.
Bonner’s Fever debut saw Indiana topple the Chicago Sky 93-58 on Saturday, scoring seven points, three rebounds, two assists and two steals.
The Fever will now look to build off their two-game start (1-1) as they transition to a Thursday rematch with Atlanta.
