Indiana Fever star Caitlin Clark will always be supportive of the Iowa Hawkeyes. That much is clear from the WNBA guard’s latest move for her collegiate team.

Clark had an incredible collegiate career at Iowa, where she became the all-time leading scorer in NCAA Division I basketball history (men and women) with 3,951 points. She played four years with the Hawkeyes and led the team to back-to-back Finals.

Clark averaged 28.4 points, 7.1 rebounds, 8.2 assists and 1.5 steals in 139 games with Iowa from 2020 to 2024.

While it has been over two years since Clark left the program and became a pro, there’s no denying that the team will always be special to her.

On Monday, before Iowa kicked off the 2026-27 college basketball season against Towson, Clark surprised the Hawkeyes with a special gift: brand-new Caitlin 1 shoes in the “Iowa” colorway.

“Another special delivery from CC ahead of Game 1,” Iowa women’s basketball wrote in the caption of its post, which included a video of the players receiving their shoes.

For what it’s worth, the Fever star was also among the most excited when Iowa dropped its intro video for the season on Sunday. The video showed Kate Martin, who served as the narrator, along with several team highlights from over the years.

The hype video was centered on the theme of “legacy,” and Clark absolutely loved it.

“Let’s get to it,” Clark wrote.

Considering how Clark has consistently shown love for the Hawkeyes, it’s safe to assume that fans will also get to see her watching some of the team’s games in the near future.
