On Saturday, Caitlin Clark led the Indiana Fever to a 93-58 win over Angel Reese and the Chicago Sky. Her college team was quick to let everyone know about it.
The 35-point win set a record for the largest margin of victory in a season opener in Fever franchise history. Clark's fingerprints were all over the historic result from the opening minutes.
The former Iowa Hawkeyes star scored her first three-pointer of the 2025 WNBA season less than two minutes into the game.
It was from roughly the same distance and angle as the shot she made to break the women's NCAA all-time scoring record at Carver-Hawkeye Arena in 2024.
Clark finished the game against the Sky with a triple-double. She scored 20 points, had 10 assists and got her 10th rebound after asking Indiana head coach Stephanie White to keep her in the game with the Fever up by 30 points in the fourth quarter.
It was only the third triple-double of her young WNBA career, but Iowa fans already knew about Clark's stat-stuffing abilities. The Hawkeyes' official X account was not shy about reminding everyone else with a strong message after the game.
Now. You. Know.

"Now You Know" is also a new slogan promoted by the Fever on social media for the 2025 season.
Clark recorded 17 triple-doubles in college, the second-most all-time in Division I behind New York Liberty star Sabrina Ionescu.
There was more to her performance on the defensive end as well, as the Fever point guard recorded four blocks and two steals.
On the negative side, she picked up her first flagrant foul of the season as the result of a hard foul on Reese. Clark later explained it as a "basketball play" against her former LSU rival.
