Aneesah Morrow has been the 7th overall pick during the 2025 WNBA Draft by the Connecticut Sun. She spent her last years in college with the LSU Tigers and was a teammate to Angel Reese during the 2023-2024 college season.

Despite being part of the first-round picks, Morrow has experienced struggles during her first several games with the Suns, as she was only given a few minutes of court time per game. Her most recent “almost double-double” game was considered by her fans as her breakout game for her rookie season.

Angel Reese Launches Official “Mebounds” Merchandise

Only a week after openly acknowledging the term “mebounds” from her critics, Angel Reese has officially launched merchandise from the term that was originally coined to poke fun at how she plays basketball.

In a new post on X, Reese launched the first set of her official merchandise with the “mebounds” branding. She showed off designs for a hoodie, a t-shirt, and even for a hat. A portion of the proceeds of the sales of this set of merchandise would be donated to her charity.

Reese recently made headlines for clapping back after critics, claiming the term “mebounds” as her own and even filing a trademark for it for merchandising. With this, Reese can now use the terma nd make money from it, too.

Angel Reese managed to impress everyone with her recent performance against the Connecticut Sun, where she logged the first triple-double of her career. She scored 11 points, made 13 rebounds, and did 11 assists, with the Sky ultimately beating the Sun with a final score of 78-66.
