The Minnesota Lynx managed to get the job done without Napheesa Collier, running out gutsy 91-87 winners over the Storm in Seattle.
The Lynx are facing at least two weeks without their star player after she suffered a right ankle sprain, but there is more than enough talent among the WNBA-leading roster to keep the spectacular run of form going, moving to 25-5 after Tuesday's win.
All-star guard Courtney Williams top scored with 20 points, 14 of which came in the second half as the Lynx roared back from an eight-point deficit at halftime.
But it was an all-round team performance, with Jessica Shepard registering a double-double, while Kayla McBride, Bridget Carleton, and DiJonai Carrington scoring in the double digits.
Carrington was making her debut for the Lynx since arriving from the Dallas Wings in a trade that sent Diamond Miller, Karlie Samuelson, and a 2027 2nd-round draft pick in the other direction.
The 2024 WNBA All-Defensive First Teamer was impressive on her first game for the Lynx, racking up 13 points and registering this block in the fourth quarter.
