All eyes were back in Iowa on Sunday as Caitlin Clark made her return to Carver-Hawkeye Arena for the Indiana Fever's preseason game against the Brazil national squad.

There's no denying that most of the attention was on Clark as she made her preseason debut for the Fever. The 23-year-old was forced to sit out Indiana's 79-74 win over the Washington Mystics on Saturday, and there was just no way the former Iowa superstar was going to miss her homecoming game on Sunday.

Clark was mic'd up for this one, allowing the fans to hear what the reigning WNBA Rookie of the Year had to say throughout the game. At one point in the contest, the Fever point guard had a brief interaction with the opposing team's coach on the sidelines.

The mics caught Clark's message as the two exchanged pleasantries during the game.

"How are you?" Clark asked, as she showed her appreciation for how the Brazil coach complimented her for her immense impact on women's basketball.

"... Thanks for coming here and playing us."

Clark then asked if this was the most people the coach had played in front of, which was acknowledged by the national team shot-caller with a smile.

It is worth noting that it was Clark who approached the Brazil bench to strike up a conversation with the opposing coach. It was a nice gesture from the Fever star as she took the time to greet him.

As expected, the Fever completely dominated their opponents in this one, en route to an impressive blowout win. Clark had a good run in her first preseason game, putting up 16 points on 6-of-10 shooting, to go along with six boards, five assists, a block and four triples in 19 minutes of action.

Clark and Co. will be back in action on May 11 against the Atlanta Dream in the final preseason game.
