A’ja Wilson, who previously said her signature sneaker with Nike will be released in 2025, has recently unveiled her new logo. The design was revealed via a Nike tweet, which included a video showcasing A’ja Wilson and ended with the logo.

The logo has a star shape design since Wilson draws a star in the A of her signature, and it also represents her stardom on and off the court.Wilson often says, “If you can see her, you can be her,” which is why she is such an inspiration to the next generation of women and girls.
Nike says A’ja Wilson’s new A’ signature logo draws inspiration from how “she always drew a star in the A of her signature, which is accentuated in her logo in an energetic and playful way.”

Wilson becomes the fourth active WNBA player to sign a shoe contract with Nike, as the signature shoe is slated to release in 2025. She is also the first black woman to have a signature shoe since Candace Parker did so with Adidas in 2010, and the first to sign a shoe contract with Nike since Sheryl Swoopes in 2002. Fans may look forward to her new shirt with this logo, which will be available soon on Nike’s website, as well as her trademark shoe t-shirt.
Wilson is currently the leading vote-getter for the 2024 WNBA All-Star Game and is off to a strong start this season, averaging 27.8 points, 11.6 rebounds, and 2.4 blocks per game. Wilson and the Aces return to play Thursday, as they travel to Chicago to face Angel Reese and the Sky.
