Caitlin Clark played just 13 games in 2025 due to a groin injury. The Indiana Fever star also suffered a bone bruise while recovering from the health issue, which only affected her recovery before the team eventually ruled her out for the season.

The two-time All-Star averaged 16.5 points, 5.0 rebounds, 8.8 assists and 1.6 steals, while shooting 36.7% from the field last season. She was also selected as an All-Star and voted an All-Star captain, even though she ended up sitting out the festivities due to her injury.

Despite that, Clark's popularity remained high throughout the year. That much is clear in her sports card market, with several collectors in the U.S. submitting Clark cards for authentication and grading.

According to Professional Sports Authenticator (PSA), the leading market provider of sports card authentication, assessment and grading, Clark topped the list for the most-graded cards by state in the basketball category.

The Fever star dominated the U.S., beating NBA stars such as Cooper Flagg, Victor Wembanyama, LeBron James and Shai Gilgeous-Alexander. Among all U.S. states, Clark only lost in 12: Oregon, Nevada, Utah, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, West Virginia, New Jersey, Delaware, Massachusetts and Maine.

For what it's worth, it's not surprising to see interest in Clark continue to increase in the sports card community. The WNBA has become more popular than it has ever been, and many credit the Fever star as the catalyst to that growth.

Clark's rare cards have also sold for significant sums in 2025, which only further fueled the interest in her items. A 2024 Panini Instant Rookie Royalty WNBA Flawless Platinum Caitlin Clark Logowoman card sold for $660,000 in July 2025, while a 2024 Panini Prizm WNBA Signatures Gold Vinyl Prizm card sold for $366,000 in March of the same year.
