The Toronto Tempo have been actively busy as they are assembling their first-ever roster for the upcoming WNBA season, as they’ve officially signed Isabelle Harrison and signed Maddison Rocci to a training camp deal.

They had a much busier day yesterday, as they officially signed Julie Allemand to a standard deal and six others to training-camp deals. They’ve gotten their Sunday started with another official signing plus a training camp deal.

The 32-year-old Harrison has played eight seasons and missed three full years due to injury. She’s averaged 7.7 points, 4.4 rebounds and 1 assist per game in 281 competitions for her full career. Her longest tenure was with the Dallas Wings, as she served for four seasons spanning from 2019 to 2022. Harrison also made one-year stops with the Chicago Sky, New York Liberty, Phoenix Mercury and the San Antonio Stars (the franchise that became the Las Vegas Aces).

Rocci, a three-time WNBL champion and a bronze medalist with her country, Australia, at the 2023 FIBA Women’s Asia Cup, has dominated the NBL1 Women’s South league as she’s averaged a staggering 25.4 points, 8.7 rebounds, 7.4 assists and 2.3 steals in two seasons. The 27-year-old will get her first chance at making a WNBA roster as she has yet to make her debut.
