When the Indiana Fever tipped off against the Seattle Storm on Tuesday at Climate Pledge Arena in Seattle, the storylines extended far beyond the hardwood.

Entering the game with a 6-7 record, the Fever sit third in the WNBA’s Eastern Conference, averaging 83.2 points per contest (fourth in the league) but struggling for consistency on defense, allowing 78.8 points per game.

With playoff positioning and the WNBA Commissioner’s Cup final looming on the horizon, every detail matters, both on and off the court.

Long before warmups began, attention shifted to guard Sophie Cunningham as she made her entrance through the tunnel.

In a video shared by Yahoo Sports, Cunningham was filmed arriving in a fitted black tube top paired with light-wash denim jeans and sunglasses, a departure from typical pre-game attire that immediately set social media abuzz.

Fans in the comments were quick to react to the post.

"What," responded one commenter.

"☺️," one other fan replied.

"Total babe," said another user.

"Bounce back for the fever coming tonight!" one other fan proclaimed.

"Tres Leches!!!" another user replied.

"," commented one other fan.

Cunningham joined the Fever in a four-team trade on January 31, 2025, after five seasons with the Phoenix Mercury

Before getting drafted 13th overall in 2019, Cunningham enjoyed a decorated career at Missouri, where she held averages of 17.'0 points, 5.4 rebounds and 3.0 assists across 129 collegiate games.

She earned SEC Freshman of the Year honors in 2016, three First-team All-SEC selections (2017-2019) and Third-team All-American nods from both AP and USBWA in 2019.
