Sophie Cunningham responded via social media after taking a shot to the head during her Indiana Fever’s game on Tuesday night.

The Fever beat the Connecticut Sun 85-77 at TD Garden in Boston, Mass., on Tuesday. Cunningham had 11 points, 3 rebounds and 3 steals in 26 minutes off the bench. During the fourth quarter, Cunningham took an elbow to the back and side of her head.

No foul was called on the play. Cunningham responded after the game and said people claimed she had “flopped.” When she wrote “el oh el,” she was spelling out “LOL” which stands for laughing out loud.

Yes, she definitely thinks and knows a foul should have been called.

The Fever improved to 12-10 with the win. Caitlin Clark scored 14 points in the game, but she got hurt in the final minute. That was her first game back from a five-game absence due to her groin.
