The Indiana Fever have been riding a rollercoaster of a season without Caitlin Clark.

Clark has missed the majority of the season due to injury and while Indiana has found success, consistency has been a major issue while the WNBA star is on the sideline.

Indiana recently entered a game against the Golden State Valkyries having won two straight matchups. With the season coming to a close in the next few weeks, the Fever are looking to stay within playoff distance.

While they had momentum, Indiana suffered a 75-63 loss to Golden State.

The Fever weren't just playing without Caitlin Clark. Indiana had also lost three players to season-ending injuries and one player who continues to be on and off the injury report.

Chloe Bibby missed three straight games for the Indiana Fever. She was then active when the team played the Los Angeles Sparks several days ago, but ahead of the matchup against Golden State, Bibby was added back on the injury report.

Fever head coach Stephanie White spoke on the issue before the game, mentioning that the travel from Indiana has caused Bibby's knee to "swell up so much that it caused some issues," hence the decision to sit her for the Valkyries game.

Chloe Bibby was added to the Indiana Fever during the season amid all of the injury woes on the roster. She has proven to be a successful addition to the Fever, posting 4.8 points, 1.8 rebounds and 0.5 assists per game.

Bibby has been able to smoothen the blow of losing the following players to season-ending injuries: Sophie Cunningham, Aari McDonald and Sydney Colson.

The Indiana Fever have four games remaining during the WNBA season. They are set to face the Phoenix Mercury, Chicago Sky, Washington Mystics and Minnesota Lynx.
