Unrivaled Playoffs Schedule: Miami and New York

Unrivaled announced their playoff schedule on Friday, revealing that the semifinals will be held in New York, home of the Brooklyn Nets and New York Liberty. The first round will take place at their home arena in Miami, starting on Saturday, February 28, with two games at 8:30 PM ET and 9:45 PM ET. Following the first round games, the team will travel to New York for two semifinal games on Monday, March 2, beginning at 7:30 PM ET and 8:45 PM ET. After the championship game is determined, they will return to Miami on Wednesday, March 4, with the game starting at 9:30 PM ET.

Taking the playoffs on the road is a new experience for Unrivaled, similar to what they did for the Philadelphia game back in January. This season, traveling for games seems to be a recurring theme for Unrivaled. The success of the Philadelphia tour suggests this approach could work well, and hosting the semifinals in New York might even surpass Philadelphia’s viewership and attendance numbers. Only time will tell. Should Unrivaled bring back road games for season three?

The winning team will receive $600,000, an increase from last season’s prize.
