The stars came out to support the Dallas Wings on Monday night as they hosted the New York Liberty at College Park Center. The Wings entered the matchup seeking their first win in three games as they faced the defending champions in a tough test.
One of the big-name spectators who was in attendance for Monday’s clash was UConn Huskies guard Azzi Fudd, who is rumored to be the girlfriend of Wings rookie Paige Bueckers. Fudd, who was teammates with Bueckers at Connecticut for four years, made her feelings for the latter abundantly clear with a statement shirt for Monday’s game.
Fudd was spotted in the crowd wearing a shirt that read, “I PB.” The 22-year-old’s clear message drew a reaction from the WNBA.
“We love PB too Azzi Fudd is in the crowd at the Liberty-Wings game reppin' Paige Bueckers!” the league posted on X, sharing a photo of Fudd’s shirt.

In a recent episode of WNBA legend Sue Bird’s “A Touch More” podcast, the Hall of Fame guard expressed her delight with the fact that Bueckers and Fudd had supposedly gone public with their rumored relationship.
“Paige and Azzi have hard-launched their relationship,” Bird told her girlfriend and podcast co-host Megan Rapinoe. “They have. They’ve been soft-launching us for a while now, there has been all kinds of speculation for years now, but it is official. They are official.
"They are a couple. I’m assuming they have been, but here we are. They are adorable. So, congratulations to them.”
Bueckers and Fudd have yet to issue an official statement regarding their relationship status. However, as Bird implied, the writings are all over the wall.
The Wings pulled off one of, if not their biggest win of the season, on Monday night. Despite a valiant comeback effort from a Liberty side that did not have the services of the injured Breanna Stewart, Dallas was able to hold on to secure a 92-82 home victory.
This win sees the Wings improve to 8-19 on the season, overtaking the slumping Chicago Sky (7-18) in the standings for the 11th spot in the league.
Bueckers led the charge for Dallas, finishing with 20 points on 7-of-12 shooting, to go along with six rebounds, four assists, three steals and two triples in 30 minutes of action — much to the delight of a very supportive Fudd.
