WNBA Star Angel Reese Reveals Her Net Worth Goal

Chicago Sky star Angel Reese has a bold aspiration in life, and she's working hard to get it.

Ever since making it to the WNBA, Reese hasn't stopped working and continues to venture into various areas, including fashion and podcasting. The Sky forward has been spotted in various fashion events, such as the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show and CFDA Fashion Awards in October. Her show "Unapologetically Angel," which debuted in September, is still ongoing.

Reese also has a number of endorsement deals with the candy brand Reese's, financial platform Cash App and more recently, fast food giant McDonald's, among many others. The young star is also signed with Reebok, with a signature shoe for her on the horizon.

Amid all her off-court activities and deals, Reese revealed in a recent Instagram Stories post the reason behind it: her life goal to be a billionaire.

"I'M GOING TO BE A BASKETBALL PLAYER, MODEL," Reese wrote. "AN INFLUENCER BUSINESS WOMAN, FASHION GIRLIE, PODCASTOR, UNAPOLOGETIC, TAKE CARE OF MY FAMILY/FRIENDS, SET RECORDS. CREATE HISTORY. BE THE FIRST, SET TRENDS. WIN AT EVERYTHING IN LIFE ETC."

She added, "MY GOAL IN LIFE IS TO BE A BILLIONAIRE & I WILL WITHOUT A DOUBT SO YES IMA FOCUS ON IT ALL EQUALLY WHILE LEARNING & GROWING BUT ALSO PULLING OTHERS ALONG."

Of course becoming a billionaire is easier said than done. In the NBA, the only active player to reach that status is LeBron James. Overall, James, Michael Jordan, Magic Johnson and Junior Bridgeman are the only basketball players to become a billionaire, per Forbes.

Reese, for her part, reportedly has a net worth of $2 million. However, she previously said that the estimate about her net worth is "way off."

At 22 years old and as one of the most popular female hoopers today, though, Reese has plenty of opportunities to accumulate wealth.
