WNBA teams around the league continue to make changes in an effort to form a championship roster.
The Minnesota Lynx and the Phoenix Mercury sit atop the WNBA standings. Minnesota leads the Western Conference with a 17-2 record, while the Mercury sit at 13-6, the No. 2 team in the West.

On Wednesday, the Wings made an interesting move, signing former No. 1 college basketball recruit Haley Jones to a rest-of-season contract, per Melissa Triebwasser.
According to Triebwasser, Jones will be available for the team's matchup Wednesday against the Chicago Sky.
