AAA debuted on Fox this past weekend, and since WWE's Dominik Mysterio is still the promotion's Mega Champion, he was naturally a part of the show. A package featured Mysterio bragging about what he's done for AAA as its champion, and for a brief moment, the company's top titles had the AEW logo printed on the front.
The package cuts between Mysterio talking up his AAA Title run and what are almost certainly AI-generated images of the champ's time in AAA, designed to look like they've been ripped from a comic book and come to life. They feature Mysterio interacting with famous fans, and quite a few close-ups of Dirty Dom's two titles.
The AI-effect on the animation makes it quite jumpy, effectively because it's seemingly a series of automatically generated images that have been pieced together. That's why the moment that whoever or whatever generated the images briefly gets confused and thinks Mysterio, despite being signed to WWE, is currently holding one of AEW's titles.
It's not a specific AEW title that gets erroneously placed around the animated waist of the WWE Superstar, but the AEW logo flashes onto the AAA Mega Championship. Right in the middle, and although brief, multiple fans watching live, and checking out the clip after the fact, upon hearing about the mistake.

Despite widespread coverage on social media, if you missed it in the moment, the clip is still live, unedited, complete with the AEW mistake on AAA's Twitter account. You can check it out for yourselves above and try to find the moment it happens.
AAA's affiliation with WWE (the latter now owns the former, hence Mysterio having held the Mega Championship for four months and counting) makes it somewhat surprising that this mistake was allowed to slip through the cracks, and even more surprising that hours later, it's still available through AAA's official account for the world to see.
If the animated portions of the video package are indeed AI-generated, which seems almost certain, it's a warning sign for those who currently use it, or plan to, as mistakes like this can and will happen. AI simply pulls images and information from the internet to create "new" pictures and videos. That can, as seems to have been the case here, result in it making a mistake, assuming, for some reason, that Mysterio is an AEW champion. It's unlikely in this case, but there's a very real risk of running into legal trouble when using it this way, as it could pull images from artists without their permission.
