AEW All Out 2025 Predictions: Winners and Why

All Elite Wrestling’s biggest pay-per-view of the year, AEW All Out 2025, has consistently been one of the best and most compelling yearly showcases the company has put on during its first five years of existence. The 2025 AEW All Out card is no different.

Between the two AEW World Championship matches and the Coffin match between Jon Moxley and Darby Allin, AEW All Out 2025 is set up to be one of AEW’s best pay-per-views of the year. There is no shortage of exciting matches and angles that are going to help close out the fantastic 2025 AEW has had.

It’s always interesting to guess who is going to win. In a lot of these matches, it can go either way. Before the show starts, I will tell you who will win in each of the main card matches and why. I will tell you what makes the most sense– to me– and how it will happen.

AEW World Championship: “Hangman” Adam Page vs Kyle Fletcher

This match pits the present of AEW against who might very well be the future of the company. The battle for the AEW Men’s World Championship is already the odds-on-favorite to be the match of the night. Kyle Fletcher will not be allowed to have anyone from the Don Callis family at ringside.

If he does, he is stripped of his TNT title. “Hangman” Adam Page wants Fletcher to earn it and win it straight up. Fletcher promised he would leave Hangman a bloody mess before the end of Dynamite.

While no blood was drawn, he was left lying unconscious after a brainbuster off the apron onto the table. The “Protostar” also promised he would win the AEW Men’s World Championship. Will he also come through with that promise?

No, I don’t think so.

Winner: “Hangman” Adam Page

Why: It’s too soon to both pull the trigger on Kyle Fletcher as a world champion AND to pull the plug on the current Hangman title reign. They let us know on Dynamite that Hangman sees the future in Fletcher, but that will come from how he rebounds from the disappointment of not winning the AEW Men’s World Championship. Adam Page is going to build a star, a “protostar” if you will, by beating Fletcher.

The only thing left to determine is whether the match will have a loony, overbooked ending with Don Callis trying to interfere. There is some hijinks, but ultimately, Fletcher loses straight up.

AEW Women’s World Championship 4-way: “Timeless” Toni Storm vs Jamie Hayter vs Kris Statlander vs Thekla

In a match that feels like nothing crazy is going to happen, this is where the crazy happens. Toni Storm’s reign has been incredible and, without a doubt, the greatest women’s reign in AEW history. She is going up against three women, who might be ready for the challenge to be the next AEW Women’s World Champion, one of whom– Jamie Hayter– has already been champion before. As for Kris Statlender, this is the one title that has alluded her. She has been a day-one talent, and a Statlander reign might be something we need sooner rather than later.

Winner: Kris Statlander

Why: This is when Tony Khan finally pulls the trigger on all of the teasing they have been doing with Kris Statlander and the Death Riders. She sells her soul to the devil (Moxley) to finally get her World Championship. They made a point to mention that this is her first AEW Women’s World Title shot in over four years.

Statlander knows these don’t come around very often, so she finally joins Daniel Garcia in officially starting the new chapter of the Death Riders. This outcome will also begin what can be a fantastic program between the new world champion, Hayter, and Storm.

TBS Championship: Mercedes Mone vs Riho

This will be the first singles match between two of the greatest women’s wrestlers of their generation, which means that it will be a fantastic match. It’s great to see Riho back in the ring after being out for a year with an injury. Riho’s return to the company bridges the AEW past with the present, as she was the first Women’s World Champion.

Mercedes Mone has been on the run of a lifetime, holding titles from nearly a dozen other countries. Is this where we start to see the beginning of the end of the belt-collector era of Mercedes? Does Riho finally end the reign of Mone in AEW?

In my personal opinion, we’re far off from that happening.

Winner: Mercedes Mone

Why: Mercedes isn’t ready to give up the TNT title belt as she continues to run roughshod through the AEW women’s locker room. I envision the end of the reign coming at the hands of someone who had a month-long feud with Mercedes. That is not to say that Riho isn’t equipped to carry the TNT Title, but at this point, she is not the right person. However, if this is the start of a great trilogy that ends with Riho raising the title, I wouldn’t be opposed to that outcome.

Jon Moxley vs Darby Allin: Coffin Match

Darby Allin, the longest tenured AEW soldier against the Death Riders, will finally get this crack at trying to get a win over their leader, Jon Moxley. After being taken out by the Death Riders nearly a year ago, Allin has wanted nothing more than a shot at taking out the group of ruffians. This will be his best shot at it, as Allin tries to pull Moxley down out of his depth and into his: Allin’s signature match, a coffin match.  What role will Daniel Garcia play in this match? What about Brian Danielson’s role in all of this?

Winner: Jon Moxley

Why: This isn’t the end of the Death Riders just yet. Garcia just joined, and as mentioned earlier, Kris Statlander will also join the group. Orange Cassidy has to come back to help Darby before the Death Riders can officially end. That is why, ultimately, it is a highly entertaining and gimmicky match; Moxley and the Death Riders pull it off. This will be shocking, considering that the Coffin Match is Allin’s signature match. Just like Adam Page and the Texas Deathmatch, Allin has secured this match as his own.

However, I don’t think the character of Allins needs to win all of his Coffin matches. Darby has NEVER beaten Jon Moxley in a singles match, and that streak will continue. Also, something to keep in mind, Orange Cassidy has to come back to help Darby before the Death Riders can officially end. Does he return?

AEW Unified Championship 3-Way: Kazuchika Okada vs Konosuke Takeshita vs Mascara Dorada

There has been a lot of tension building within the Don Callis family recently, hasn’t there? Even astute observer Bryan Danielson noticed that it was interesting to see Callis come out with Kazuchika Okada when all three men faced off after Mascara Dorada’s win.

All three of these men in this match have the opportunity to make this the game of the night, as they are three of the best wrestlers in the world. However, ultimately, this match was made to finally make it clear who Callis is going to roll with moving forward. Who will that be? Will it be his day-1 man, Takeshita, or his new toy, Okada?

Winner: Kazuchika Okada

Why: Okada wins to continue to build tension between him and Takeshita. Not only that, but Callis gets physically and directly involved to cost Takeshita the match. His betrayal will signal the end of the Alpha in the Don Callis family, as the NWJP G1 Climax gets his much-deserved babyface turn and gets ready for a singles push of a lifetime.  Mascara Dorada, clearly, is the pin guy in this match. However, we are not that far away from a CMLL talent winning an AEW championship to show off in Mexico. However, it won’t be in this match.

AEW World Tag Team Championship 4-way Ladder Match: Brodido vs The Young Bucks vs Jetspeed vs Hechicero, Josh Alexander

These types of matches have always worked in AEW because the talent is willing to go far beyond what anyone ever expects them to. Three of the four tag teams all have a claim to who can be the top tag team in the division. The expectation is Josh Alexander and Hechicero. This isn’t to say that they aren’t great wrestlers, but compared to three other teams, they aren’t ready for the titles.

The Young Bucks can win to regain the mojo they lost at All In. Jetspeed can win to cement themselves as two of the best young talents in the company. Or, Brodido can retrain, keeping the reign alive of two of the most over wrestlers on the roster.

Winner: Brodido

Why: Out of all of the matches so far, this has been the toughest to predict. You really can see this match going one of three ways. However, it isn’t the time to move on from Brodido. They have been doing an excellent job promoting the company in CMLL and in AEW itself. That is why their loss is still on the horizon.

A big return that I’m predicting to happen for the match is Jack Perry, the Scacegoat himself, to return and cost the Young Bucks. As mentioned in the last BTE episode, he feels betrayed by Nick and Matt Jackson. What better way to get back at them than to cost them the titles?

Eddie Kingston vs Big Bill

The absolutely monstrous pop that will permeate across Toronto, and in every household watching, when we hear, “Ayo, the world is cold, better bundle up,” will be generational. With that being said, that pop would have been louder if Kingston came back unexpectedly. Beggars can’t be choosers. We have all been waiting for the return of the “Mad King” to All Elite Wrestling.

It will be great to see Kingston back in an AEW ring against an opponent who has paid his dues at the company and is ready for a match of this magnitude. Big Bill is set for big things after this match.

Winner: Eddie Kingston

Why: There is a reason why Big Bill was chosen for this match, and that is to eat the pin. While the narrative was for Big Bill to prove he was the better New Yorker, Kingston has bigger fish to fry. That fish’s name? Gabe Kidd. In what will be a very entertaining match, this will be the reintroduction of Kingston to the AEW crowd before heading back into the Death Riders/Gabe Kidd storyline. This match would be a great second match after the opener to keep the crowd warmed up for the rest of the card.

Adam Copeland/Christian Cage vs FTR

This is the most personal match on the card. It feels like there is very real animosity between Cope and FTR, which means they are all loving this storyline. I don’t know the relationship between Christian Cage and FTR behind the scenes, but FTR and Copeland have to be loving this. This match has been a long time coming for Cope and Cage.

Two of the greatest tag teams of their generation will go head-to-head in Cope and Cage’s hometown of Toronto. Can FTR prove themselves to be the best tag team of all time? Or, will Copeland get his lick back in his and Cage’s?

Winner: CnC

Why: Tony Khan knows how to give his legends their dream matches before they hang it up. For Copeland, who wasn’t sure he could ever wrestle again, wrestling with three of his real-life best friends in his hometown is something Khan won’t pass up. Christian also didn’t know if he would ever tag with Copeland ever again. So this opportunity for both of them will be a fantastic way to end this storyline.

However, they could complicate things and have Cage turn on Copeland one last time, costing them the math. This doesn’t happen, and they keep the ending pretty simple and have the right winner.

Tables N’ Tacks: MJF vs Mark Briscoe

The Mark Briscoe program is a genius way to prolong the MJF vs Hangman rivalry. Also, this is a great way to keep this one going. This feud has been nasty, personal, and entertaining. This is an old-school rivalry that has a Seether theme song playing while they roll the video montage of the rivalry.

MJF has excelled in every match type he’s ever been in. Dog Collar, Iron Man, tag team, and everything in between – MJF has proven he can compete with the best in the world. This match will be no different. Briscoe will also continue to show his improvement as a singles wrestler. This will also be the match with the most blood. Put your bets in right now for over 2 pints.

Winner: MJF

Why: Even though a TNT match is one that Briscoe should excel at, it’s also a way for MJF to be a great coward and win the game. MJF’s position on the card is protected with his guaranteed title shot. The TnT style of match is the perfect way to safeguard both MJF and Mark Briscoe. A win over Briscor also prolongs this rivalry and gets him another last show at MJF later down the line.

I also don’t think MJF loses two big matches in a row. However, losing in a hardcore match would be a great way to protect his trajectory to another world title run. However, Briscoe will always be loved, regardless of wins or losses, which is why he can withstand one more loss to the cowardly MJF.

Trios Match: Hurt Syndicate v Ricochet and GOA

This, on paper, is probably the weakest match on the card. Not that any of the talent in the ring is bad, however, it falls short of expectations when compared to the rest of the matches lined up. Ricochet has cooled down a bit since his fire start in AEW, but a big win here, or a great angle, can get him right back on track. The Hurt Syndicate, having lost MJF, has also lost a bit of steam, and it will be interesting to see what they do after this match. This program doesn’t have the legs to continue going after this match.

Winner: The Hurt Syndicate

Why: There is no reason to believe that the Hurt Syndicate hasn’t already moved on from this program to something else. Unless there is an angle during or after this match that can convince us all to keep going, it is for the best for both trios to move on to something else. I can see a Ricochet/GOA Trios Title run after this. But for this match, Bobby and Shelton get their win back, after GOA cost them the tag titles, and then move on to FTR or someone else.
