With several multi-person matchups, the looming prospect of the first women’s Blood and Guts match, and big returns, Hollywood, Florida, will need its biggest spotlights. Table setting and cementing the tracks to the next PPV might see some big moments and developments.

Two Big Returns

In previous years, AEW has never been one to get too nostalgic or stop for too long to look backward at its past. However, ancient history and recent heartache will see two of the hottest acts make their futures clear.

Firstly, former AEW Women’s World Champion, “Timeless” Toni Storm, will speak after losing her championship at All Out. Losing in a four-way, mirroring the defeat that led her to break and become “Timeless”, what’s next for the much-loved persona? Was this the death Storm wanted?

Does Storm want a rematch against the only contender she praised during the Owen Hart Tournament? “What a woman!” Or will Storm spiral towards another low?

Elsewhere, the day one tag team, Jurassic Express, returns. After reuniting at All Out, the same PPV where each man crossed paths last year and seemed to recognize how they had changed, the team seems to have their sights set on The Young Bucks.

As seen on BTE, Perry felt abandoned by his former friends and mentors last year. The Scapegoat experiment did not fully work, but Perry deserves another chance. Fans (and likely Taz) are ready to start belting out Tarzan Boy again.
