Anarchy in the Arena appears to be set for AEW Double or Nothing. A wild brawl broke out in the aftermath of the main event World title cage match on Wednesday’s AEW Dynamite, ending with Swerve Strickland challenging some configuration of the Death Riders, The Young Bucks, and Gabe Kidd to an Anarchy in the Arena match for Double or Nothing set for Sunday, May 25. Swerve, Samoa Joe, Willow Nightingale, Kenny Omega, Powerhouse Hobbs, and Mike Bailey were all involved on the babyface side in the brawl on Dynamite Beach Break, with The Young Bucks, Kazuchika Okada, Gabe Kidd, Marina Shafir, Jon Moxley, Wheeler Yuta, and Claudio Castagnoli on the heel side. No official announcement has been made by AEW as to which participants could be involved in Anarchy in the Arena. If the match is made official, this will be the fourth consecutive Double or Nothing to feature an Anarchy in the Arena bout, with the match headlining the show in both 2023 and 2024.
