Angel Garza out of action following wrist surgery

Angel Garza is out of action. In a message on Facebook, Garza explained that he recently underwent surgery to remove ganglion cysts in his wrist and will soon undergo physical therapy. On Friday, he posted a picture of himself in the hospital with the caption “surgery day.” Garza also shared pictures on Instagram with his hand in a cast. Garza, along with cousin Humberto Carrillo, last wrestled on the October 18 edition of SmackDown where they and A-Town Down Under lost a match to the Motor City Machine Guns in their WWE debut. They had been featured in a segment the previous week where General Manager Adam Pearce said that they would earn a future title match if they defeated one of SmackDown’s newest teams. After a stint in NXT, Angel and Berto made their re-debut on SmackDown earlier in the year as the newest incarnation of Legado del Fantasma along with Santos Escobar and Elektra Lopez. In July, Garza announced that he had recently re-signed with WWE. Source
