The return of multiple WWE Legends and Hall of Famers has been consistent well before the TKO days, and the influx of returns hasn't slowed down. During John Cena's last match at Saturday Night's Main Event last month, we saw multiple Hall of Famers at ringside, including Rob Van Dam and Mark Henry.

In 2025, we saw the return of WWE Hall of Famer Nikki Bella at Royal Rumble, setting off her newest run with the company, now positioned as a challenger for the Women's World Championship against Stephanie Vaquer, and questions have surrounded her twin sister, Brie, about whether she'll return to the ring. In a recent interview on Unlikely with Adrian Hernandez, Brie Bella commented on a potential return to the ring.

Brie Bella Gives Cryptic Answer On WWE Return

WWE Hall of Famer Brie Bella has been away from active in-ring performing for over three years, last competing in the 2022 Royal Rumble alongside her twin sister, Nikki Bella. Outside a handful of appearances with AEW with her husband, Bryan Danielson, she's maintained a relatively low-key presence in wrestling.

During a recent interview on Unlikely with Adrian Hernandez, Brie was asked about a potential in-ring return, mirroring her sister Nikki's path back to the company in 2025. Brie asked the fans to continue to ask for it to help build interest.

“Oh my gosh. Well, keep it up, because they hear you loud enough. Then, you know, if you build it, they will come, type of thing. So hopefully that means that I’ll come. We’ll see.”

Nikki was quick to respond that perhaps Brie's return would help her win, after suffering multiple defeats in her efforts to win the Women's World Championship from Stephanie Vaquer. Brie quipped back that "you need me, girl!"

Brie Bella's Return Would Be A Welcomed One

WWE has a plethora of current main roster Superstars that continue to dominate, but the return of multiple Legends and Hall of Famers to active competition has added a unique twist to the current product. Blending worlds between its present and its not so distant past has allowed for a renewed focus on some Superstars who's in ring time may not have been as long as they'd like, or even as respected.

There's also been a renewed focus on the Divas Era in WWE, with multiple Superstars like Chelsea Green and Maxxine Dupri giving flowers to the Superstars of that time. Should Brie Bella decide to return to a WWE ring, it's likely she'd be just as welcomed as Nikki, bringing additional fire to the Women's World Championship picture or winning the Women's Tag Team Championships together for the first time.
