Charlotte Flair and Alexa Bliss Capture Titles at WWE SummerSlam 2025 In Amazing Showcase Match

Charlotte Flair had lost favor with the WWE Universe, leading to her isolating herself from the rest of the roster. Fortunately, Alexa Bliss was there to lend a helping hand. The road was rocky for these two. However, it eventually led to a fantastic partnership that resulted in wins, title opportunities, and arguably the best run both have had in a while.

Both were coming off long layoffs from the ring, returning in 2025. Although they didn’t initially seem like a match made in heaven, the duo became a perfect fit, and at WWE SummerSlam 2025, they finally achieved their goal by winning the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship. As the WWE Universe expected, the match between Bliss, Flair, and Judgment Day was one for the books.

There were a lot of miscues between Bliss and Flair, with Alexa inadvertently blasting Flair to create offense for her team. Everyone thought Flair would retaliate, but she did the exact opposite. To win it all, Flair would deliver a Big Boot to Raquel Rodriguez, allowing Alexa Bliss to hit Roxanne Perez with the Sister Abigail DDT for the championship win.

SummerSlam 2025 night one proved that even the most unlikely of friendships can strike gold. Now, we have two of the best competitors of the last two decades representing the WWE Women’s Tag Team division, and they’re bound to elevate the ranks to new heights with this title reign.
