Charlotte Flair is one of the most fascinating case studies in professional wrestling. She's the daughter of a legendary wrestler but got to the big leagues primarily on her own merits. Yet it's her last name that has contributed to her consistent mega push that has drawn the ire of fans.
After months on the shelf, Flair returned to win the women's Royal Rumble and immediately entered a prominent world title program with rising superstar Tiffany Stratton. Flair doesn't seem interested in being a welcoming veteran and scolded her young WrestleMania 41 opponent in a recent interview.
While speaking with the Daily Mail UK, Flair talked about a recent awkward interview angle with Straton on Smackdown and didn't pull any punches. "I looked at it as I am Charlotte Flair," Flair said. "Do you want me to be less than? This is what you wanted, right? This is who you want to be like; this is your idol. WrestleMania is the easy part for me. WrestleMania is my domain."

Some accused Flair of going off script in the segment, which could've led to Stratton clearly tripping over her words in the exchange. Flair has a right to have an ego as an all-time performer, but nearly a decade of this unrelenting superiority complex has gotten old.
Flair has never really been able to adapt her character yet continues to have a stranglehold on the main event scene. Stratton needs to go over in Las Vegas, and Flair will be best served with a brand switch and trying to create more depth as a heel.
