Chris Jericho took an indirect shot at AEW, as he praised TNA's Bound for Glory PLE's presentation in 2025. The former WWE Superstar felt as if TNA seemed like the second biggest Wrestling company in the world. He took a dig at AEW, claiming the old Dynamite shows in the ECW Arena seemed like a Tony Condello taping.
In the latest episode of the 'Talk Is Jericho' show, he claimed that the TNA crowd during Bound for Glory looked huge, similar to a WWE crowd. He then took an indirect dig at AEW and claimed that Dynamite back in the days in the ECW arena seemed like a Tony Condello taping.
"That f*cking crowd looked huge. It looked huge. It was like a WWE-level crowd. The place was packed. I was watching this, and not saying anything out of school here, but comparing it to watching Dynamite when they were at the ECW arena, which looked like a Tony Condello taping, sorry, it did," Jericho said.
The veteran is rumored to return to WWE once his current contract with AEW ends. He is likely to be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame and have one last match at WrestleMania before potentially retiring from Wrestling. In his statement, Jericho added that TNA seemed like the second biggest company in the world.
He felt Bound for Glory's presentation made it look like WrestleMania. "TNA looked like the second biggest company in the world, you know, and that was amazing. And the presentation was amazing — It looked like a WrestleMania," he added in the 'Talk Is Jericho' show.
