Debut date for new ‘Dark Side of the Ring’ season revealed

The sixth season of the popular ‘Dark Side of the Ring’ series on Vice TV now has a return date. The show will return on Tuesday, March 25th, announced on Thursday as part of a relaunch for the Vice TV channel. The media outlet announced the creation of a new Vice Sports division and are now refocusing their TV network to be sports-first with a commitment to more than 50 hours of new scripted programming of which ‘Dark Side of the Ring’ will be a key part of. They are also going to air competitions like American Ninja Warrior, arena football, darts, and Red Bull events. Also among the new series and partnerships announced Thursday includes ‘Dark Side of the Cage’ which is assumed to be an MMA-focused series similar to the wrestling one. While topics for the upcoming ‘Dark Side of the Ring’ series are not known, it’s believed a Mick Foley episode is upcoming based on Jim Ross saying he was interviewed for the topic earlier this year.
