It all started in a promo on SmackDown on October 24, 2025, where Drew took a dig at Jimmy and Naomi becoming parents by accident. Following the episode, Drew took to X and posted the image of him dominating Jimmy with the caption "Proceed with caution," which is a tagline of Naomi.

The former Women's World Champion replied to it with the tweet "Who can volunteer as tribute to carry my baby for a few days so I can beat Drew A*S." Drew replied to the comment saying, "You know I love you, but I really hope that baby ain’t a b*tch like his daddy."

Drew replied to it with an image of him dominating on SmackDown. "I had the father of your unborn child like this, and the best you can do is call me Lurch? I expect better from you. Shake off the pregnancy brain, take a moment, and try again," Drew added.

Naomi gave back to the Scottish Warrior by posting an image of the Bloodline dominating him in one of the segments in the past. "Let's shake off that dementia, cuz they had you like that first hahahahhahahaha," Naomi tweeted.
