ESPN has released its list for the best wrestlers under the age of 30, and there's an intriguing name at the top. ESPN’s latest “Top 30 Wrestlers Under 30” list features fresh faces after several stars aged out. The 2025 rankings showcase talent across major promotions. They noted that their selections were based on merit, impact, and accomplishments, with analysis from ESPN’s panel.

For the second straight year, Dominik Mysterio, 28, holds ESPN’s top spot. After a breakout year that saw him shine as a top heel in WWE and AAA, there really wasn't anyone else who came close to beating him out as the best under 30. What's wild is that he could easily still win this award for another two years.
With growing in-ring skill, big reactions everywhere he goes, and dual championship runs, he’s fully stepped out of his deadbeat dad's (Rey Mysterio) shadow.
Rounding out the top five were Kyle Fletcher of AEW, Rhea Ripley at No. 3 from WWE, MJF from AEW and Tiffany Stratton from WWE.
The other 25 wrestlers are some of the biggest names in wrestling and soon-to-be massive stars in the industry.
Here is the rest of the list:
Among the biggest drops were Jack Perry, who fell from No. 7 to No. 22, and Daniel Garcia, who fell from No. 8 to No. 21. Interestingly, Austin Theory fell off the list completely. 27 on last year's list, he was not ranked this year. He came in at No. 15 in 2024. Wheeler Yuta also fell off the list completely, as did Julia Hart and a couple of others.
Roxanne Perez was one of the biggest jumpers, going from No. 20 in 2024 to No. 9 in 2025.
