Seth Rollins is a sure-fire WWE Hall of Famer. The Visionary will go down in history as one of the all-time greats. Rollins is a two-time WWE Grand Slam Champion, cementing his legacy with his world title reigns. Furthermore, Rollins won the 2019 men’s Royal Rumble match, and he’s a two-time men’s Money in the Bank ladder match winner.

Rollins featured heavily on Season Two of WWE: Unreal. Behind the curtain, Rollins’ life as a father and husband to seven-time WWE Women’s World Champion Becky Lynch was covered. As was his alliance with WWE Hall of Famer Paul Heyman at WrestleMania 41.

Furthermore, Rollins feigned a knee injury in his match with LA Knight on Saturday Night’s Main Event in July 2025, leading many to believe that Rollins was injured again. Nevertheless, it was a ruse that played out at SummerSlam 2025. Rollins is a six-time WWE world champion.

The Revolutionary won the WWE Championship twice, the World Heavyweight Championship twice (as the inaugural titleholder), and the WWE Universal Championship twice. Rollins’ world title wins are iconic moments, and some of his world title reigns were better than others. He’s beaten some of the all-time greats to get his hands on world titles in WWE.

6. 2nd WWE Championship Reign (2016)

Seth Rollins tore his ACL and MCL, ruling him out of in-ring competition for six months. However, Rollins missed WrestleMania 32, which no doubt would have hurt. Nevertheless, Rollins returned to WWE at Extreme Rules 2016. Furthermore, the Architect challenged his former Shield stablemate, Roman Reigns, for the WWE Championship in the main event of Money in the Bank 2016.

Rollins never lost the WWE Championship in the first place, and he had a superb match with Reigns. Ultimately, Rollins clinched his second WWE Championship. However, Rollins’ joy was short-lived as Dean Ambrose cashed in his Money in the Bank contract.

Rollins’ title reign lasted just a couple of minutes with Ambrose dethroning him for the title, and it was a historical night for The Shield with all three former members holding the WWE Championship on the same night.

5. 2nd WWE Universal Championship Reign (2019)

The WWE Universal Championship match between Seth Rollins and Brock Lesnar at SummerSlam 2019 was a rematch of their clash at WrestleMania 35. They opened the show at WrestleMania 35, but closed out SummerSlam. However, the result remained the same with Rollins dethroning Lesnar to become a two-time Universal Champion.

The Beast Slayer’s second run as Universal Champion saw him become a double champion briefly as he held the WWE (RAW) Tag Team Championship alongside Braun Strowman.

Unfortunately, Rollins’ second Universal Championship reign was bitterly disappointing. He retained the title against Strowman at Clash of Champions 2019, the same night they dropped the Tag Team Championship. However, Rollins entered a feud with “The Fiend” Bray Wyatt.

Illogically, there wasn’t a clear-cut winner in their Hell in a Cell match for the title. Fans booed Rollins out of the building. Furthermore, he dropped the Universal Championship to “The Fiend” at Crown Jewel 2019 in a Falls Count Anywhere match, much to the delight of the fans.

4. 1st Universal Championship Reign (2019)

Seth Rollins won the 2019 men’s Royal Rumble match, and he challenged Brock Lesnar for the Universal Championship at WrestleMania 35. They had a decent match, and Rollins kick-started his first Universal Championship reign. However, the underwhelming factor of Rollins’ first time around as the Universal Champion was his poor feud with Baron Corbin.

No one believed that Corbin was going to dethrone Rollins for the title. Their matches spanned across three PPVs, including a mixed tag team match for Rollins’ Universal Championship and his wife Becky Lynch’s WWE (RAW) Women’s Championship against Corbin and Lacey Evans. However, the highlight of Rollins’ Universal Championship reign was his title match with AJ Styles at Money in the Bank 2019.

Nevertheless, karma hit Rollins as, for the second time, he fell victim to a Money in the Bank cash-in to Brock Lesnar at Extreme Rules 2019. His first Universal Championship reign lasted 98 days.

3. 2nd World Heavyweight Championship Reign (2025)

For the second time in his career, Seth Rollins became Mr. Money in the Bank in 2025. However, the Visionary was on a roll, but the injury bug struck once again. He faked a knee injury in his match with LA Knight at Saturday Night’s Main Event in July 2025. Nevertheless, Rollins pulled off a remarkable ruse at SummerSlam 2025. After CM Punk defeated Gunther to win the World Heavyweight Championship, he appeared with his crutches alongside Paul Heyman.

An “injured” Rollins dropped the crutches, and the crowd popped. The Visionary raced down the aisle and attacked Punk with his Money in the Bank briefcase. Rollins nailed Punk with the Stomp, clinching his second World Heavyweight Championship. Michael Cole dubbed it “The Ruse of the Century.”

They pulled it off without a hitch, and Rollins retained the title in a fatal-4-way match at Clash in Paris 2025 against Punk, Jey Uso, and LA Knight. However, Rollins defeated the Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes to become the WWE Men’s Crown Jewel Champion. However, his two-month title reign ended prematurely as Rollins was injured for real with a shoulder injury that has kept him on the sidelines.

2. 1st WWE Championship Reign (2015)

Seth Rollins has a knack for making history, and he did just that at WrestleMania 31. The Architect became the first man to successfully cash in their Money in the Bank briefcase at WrestleMania. Rollins interrupted Brock Lesnar and Roman Reigns’ WWE Championship match, making it an impromptu triple threat match for the WWE Championship. Rollins picked his moment nicely, capturing his first WWE world championship. Michael Cole called it “The Heist of the Century.”

Rollins had a solid WWE Championship reign with title defenses against the likes of Randy Orton, Dean Ambrose, and John Cena. However, there seems to be a curse when Rollins wins Money in the Bank ladder matches, as both of his world title reigns as a result of Money in the Bank cash-ins have culminated in Rollins vacating the title due to a legitimate injury.

1. 1st World Heavyweight Championship Reign (2023/2024)

Seth Rollins’ maiden World Heavyweight Championship reign was the longest and best world title reign in his WWE career. The Revolutionary battled past two-time WWE Champion AJ Styles in a tournament final at Night of Champions 2023 to become the inaugural World Heavyweight Champion. However, the top prize on RAW needed a world champion, with Roman Reigns having a stranglehold on the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship on SmackDown.

Unquestionably, Rollins was the perfect choice to be the inaugural World Heavyweight Champion to get a new world title established. His title defenses were off the charts, with some entertaining matches against the likes of Damian Priest, Bron Breakker, Finn Balor, Shinsuke Nakamura, and Drew McIntyre.

Ultimately, Rollins’ first world title reign in just under four years lasted 316 days with Drew McIntyre beating him for the title in the curtain-raiser at WrestleMania 40 Sunday.
