NXT superstar and Fatal Influence member Jazmyn Nyx will leave the company upon the expiration of her current contract according to PWInsider. Nyx was anonymously attacked backstage on the September 23 edition of NXT. She was subsequently kicked out of the faction by NXT Women’s Champion Jacy Jayne.

Nyx (real name Jade Gentile) signed with WWE after a successful tryout in late 2022. She played collegiate soccer at West Virginity University as well as professionally at Icelandic club UMF Afturelding.
Since July 2024, the New York native was a member of Fatal Influence alongside Jacy Jayne and Fallon Henley. Unlike her stablemates, Nyx never had a professional wrestling career prior to joining the WWE.
Nyx wrestled a total of 70 matches in her career across NXT and TNA. Her last match was a six woman tag team loss at NXT: Homecoming, where Fatal influence was defeated by Lyra Valkyria, Stephanie Vaquer and Rhea Ripley.
It was also reported that Nyx was offered a new deal but turned it down for unknown reasons. Nyx’s imminent departure brings clarity as to why her expulsion from the faction was abrupt.
It is unclear if Nyx will continue wrestling elsewhere once her contract ends. If she does then she will have to use a new name as WWE own the Jazmyn Nyx trademark. It is also unknown if Nyx will be replaced or Fatal Influence will transition into a duo.
Fatal Influence’s Jacy Jayne will defend her NXT Women’s Championship against Lola Vice at NXT No Mercy on September 27.
