Today's WWE is filled with the sons and daughters of former wrestling legends. We know all about the Anoa'i family dominating The Bloodline, Cody Rhodes being the son of Dusty Rhodes, and Intercontinental Champion Dominik Mysterio supposedly being the son of Rey Mysterio, despite that Eddie Guerrero mullet. A former Intercontinental Champion comes from greatness too, as Bron Breakker is the son of Rick Steiner, which also makes him the nephew of Scott Steiner. We got to see Cody and Dusty Rhodes work together, and Dominik faced his old man at WrestleMania, so could we ever see Bron Breakker share the ring with his legendary dad and uncle?
Bron Breakker has been killing it in his short but highly successful WWE run. He was the face of NXT as a multi-time NXT Champion, then he went to Raw, where he became a multi-time Intercontinental Champion. Now he's ready for the main event as he's aligned with Paul Heyman and Seth Rollins. Who knows where Bron Breakker will go next, but could he ever have a match with his family?
A few years ago, while a guest on Ryan Satin's Out of Character podcast, Bron Breakker revealed that his retired father had no interest in wrestling anymore, but what about Uncle Scott, who still gets in the ring from time to time with independent promotions? Breakker said:
"That would be fun. I don't know, never say never, I guess. I would love to do something with him, but I don't know, I guess we'll see." (h/t Fightful)
The subject came up again late last year on the TWC Show, with Breakker replying:
“I think it’s there, if we need it. I think if it works creatively, we have it at our disposal at any time. But I would rather save that for something huge, like a pay-per-view or PLE... Uncle Scotty… he might just put his stuff on!” (h/t WWFOldSchool)
Bron Breakker pulls out the Steiner math!pic.twitter.com/h2YksSH9vp— Wrestle Ops (@WrestleOps) April 18, 2025
Bron Breakker has been known to do a great Scott Steiner impression, such as when he recreated Scott's famous TNA math promo with his own take. A match with Uncle Scott might be far-fetched now, but what seems rather likely is that he will one day share the ring with Scott's son. Brock Steiner signed with WWE back in February, so if we had the Steiner Brothers, could we one day get the Steiner Cousins?
