Jeff Hardy, Adam Cole advance in AEW Owen Hart Foundation men's tournament

Jeff Hardy and Adam Cole have advanced to the semifinals of the men’s Owen Hart Foundation tournament.

On tonight’s Dynamite, Cole defeated Dax Harwood of FTR in the opening match, submitting Harwood with a sharpshooter. Later, in the main event, Hardy defeated Darby Allin. The finish had Allin connect with a coffin drop, but as Allin went for the cover Hardy reversed it and crucifixed Allin to score the win.

Hardy and Cole will now meet next week on Dynamite in the semifinals. The show ended with the Undisputed Elite (Cole, reDRagon, and The Young Bucks) coming to the ring for a staredown with the Hardys, Sting, and Darby Allin.

The winner of next week’s semifinal match will advance to the finals of the Owen Hart Foundation tournament, which takes place on May 29 at Double or Nothing.

The second semifinal match will be determined on next week’s Dynamite. Samoa Joe will face the joker mystery entrant, while Kyle O’Reilly will face Rey Fenix.
