John Cena tops Bleacher Report's list of Top 25 greatest male WWE Superstars of 21st Century

Bleacher Report came up with a list of the Top 25 greatest Male WWE Superstars from 2001 to 2025, which had some controversial snubs and rankings. John Cena topped the list while the top 5 had some of the biggest stars across eras like Randy Orton, Roman Reigns, Rey Mysterio, and Chris Jericho.

The Undertaker was ranked sixth, while Kurt Angle was placed after his at seventh. Seth Rollins, one of the best superstars since 2015, was ranked 8th. The Rock, who had great appeal among fans, was ranked 9th, while WWE's face in 2014, Daniel Bryan, was ranked 10th in the list.

Many legends of the company like Stone Cold Steve Austin, Triple H, Shawn Michaels, and others were not in the Top 10, which led to mixed opinions from the fans. Edge, arguably the top most heel of the Ruthless Aggression era, was ranked 11th, while Brock Lesnar was placed at 12th. Triple H found himself at 13th, while CM Punk and Eddie Guerrero were in the top 15.

Stone Cold Steve Austin and Shawn Michaels snubbed out of Top 15

Jeff Hardy, who had a great prime in the late 2010s, was placed at 16th, while Shawn Michaels was behind him at 17th. Batista and AJ Styles were in the 18th and 19th spots respectively, while Stone Cold was in the 20th spot.

Cody Rhodes, the biggest star since 2024, was placed at 21st, while Dean Ambrose and Kevin Owens were placed after them at 22 and 23, respectively. Booker T and Kofi Kingston closed out the list by being placed 24th and 25th respectively.
