WWE continued to shuffle the Raw and SmackDown rosters on Friday’s SmackDown, announcing that Katana Chance and Kayden Carter have been moved to the blue brand. In a backstage segment with GM Nick Aldis on Friday’s SmackDown, it was announced that Chance and Carter are the newest members of the SmackDown roster. The duo joins Drew McIntyre in new additions to the SmackDown brand announced Friday. WWE dropped the transfer window terminology used throughout December and January in the McIntyre, Chance, and Carter moves after announcing that the transfer period would close over Royal Rumble weekend. Carter has wrestled twice in 2025, once in a tag bout with Chance on the January 16 Main Event episode (taped January 13), and once on this week’s WWE Speed in a tournament match against Zoey Stark. Chance’s lone WWE match of the year was the tag bout with Carter.
