Kevin Owens is happy to be a presence amongst any and all stars.

Speaking to WrestleMobs for Bodyslam.net ahead of WWE’s Backlash, Owens was asked about what it was like being an older veteran of the wrestling world, and if people ever ask for advice. Owens is always ready to do so, and noticed that a certain group of stars have done so recently.

“Well, anybody who wants my opinion, I’m happy to give it to them,” Owens said. “And what they do with it is up to them. Actually, what I’ve noticed over the last few years, the people who are more receptive to feedback and ask for advice are the women. And because of that, I’ve been…after their matches, whether it’s Liv Morgan or Mia Yim, or even girls in NXT like Karmen Petrovic, they have a passion and such a hunger for being better and doing more and getting better. If they feel like I can help, I’m happy to, and that’s true for everybody.”

Owens went on to say that whether or not the stars agree or even have the same beliefs, he thinks that the wrestling industry is one where everyone can learn something from each other.

“Even Pretty Deadly, the newer talent that are coming up. If they ask, I’m happy to provide any insight I can have,” Owens said. “I might be right, I might be wrong. But wrestling is so subjective. What we do is so subjective, you can learn from anyone, even if you’re not necessarily on the same wavelength. Maybe you don’t necessarily agree or anything, but there’s something to learn from literally everybody. And I really do get a lot from trying to help, and seeing if my advice helped, or something helped. I do get a lot from that, I just love feeling like I’m useful to this industry, I guess.”
