Leon Slater has made history in TNA Wrestling.
Slater went one-on-one with Moose inside UBS Arena on the pay-per-view portion of TNA "Slammiversary 2025" on Sunday. Slater made his way to Long Island in hopes of becoming the youngest champion in TNA history. Moose was in search of some record-breaking of his own, as he was looking to defeat Slater and move on to become the longest reigning TNA X Division Champion in history.
Ultimately, it was Slater who emerged victorious to capture a TNA title at the age of 20. Slater had to overcome being hit with Moose's signature spear to make history.
Slater landed a Swanton Bomb, followed by a Swanton 450 to score the pinfall. After the match, Moose placed the TNA X Division Championship around Slater's waist.
