Injuries, potentially pretty serious ones, are part and parcel of being a pro wrestler. The thing is, you typically expect them to happen while you're in the ring. A wrestler's guard is likely down when they're just chatting backstage. More fool Liv Morgan, who now has a very real, very big bump on her head, and she wasn't even wrestling when it happened.
The incident occurred when Morgan and Roxanne Perez were talking backstage. Stephanie Vaquer, Morgan's WrestleMania opponent, jumped them, specifically Morgan, shoving her into Perez. The shove was clearly a little more forceful than Morgan was expecting, as her head jolted forward and she effectively headbutted her Judgment Day buddy.

The clip quickly went viral on social media, partly because of how wild it looked, but also because fans were concerned about Morgan and Perez. Morgan has now shared an update on how she's doing, or more specifically, how she's looking, and the resulting bump in the middle of her forehead is bigger than you could possibly imagine.
Think of a big bump on someone's head. Nope, it's bigger. Don't believe me? See for yourself.
Morgan posted photos of her and the new lump she's sporting on Instagram the morning after Raw, and yeah, it's bad. The first photo, where she's posing with other Judgment Day members, really doesn't do it justice. It's evident just how big the lump is with each passing photo. The third one shows it from the side, and then the last one is a close-up, which makes it look incredibly painful.
Morgan looks unsurprisingly unimpressed for her head bump photoshoot, but that she was okay enough to pose for photos, and then poke fun at her injury, suggests that the clash of heads, and the bump that was born from it, hopefully aren't as bad as they look.
It's been reported since the clash that both Morgan and Perez were admitted into WWE's concussion protocol. Unsurprising, as any wrestlers who hit their heads that hard would, and should, be checked for a concussion. It hasn't been revealed whether either of them ended up concussed from the clash.
Perez has also shared images of the aftermath and is also sporting a lump, although it doesn't look quite as big or brutal as the one Morgan's now carrying around. The immediate fear among fans was that Morgan might be off the WrestleMania card since the show is less than two weeks away. It's unclear if that's the case. Hopefully, the injury is only superficial, and she will be ready to exact her revenge on Vaquer.
